For me
Fright Night
Michael Jacksons Thriller
Fright night was the scene where the dude turns into a werewolf and everything after that.
Thriller was I think the whole thing.

The Exorcist was scary....
I thought Jaws was pretty scary too because I watched it as a kid and we went to the beach the VERY next day!!!

I refuse to watch the first two but yeah friday the 13th scared me too. I even remember going to the movies to watch another movie and I had to walk by that theatre and I saw a dude jump through a window and got scared so.

When I was pretty young - probably 4 or 5, I remember my mom letting me watch this Boogeyman movie with her. It was an old school version in the 80's. I really don't remember which one it was but it gave me nightmares for a long time.
Exorcist was also scary to me.
I started watching Freddy & Jason at an early age. They never scared me. Always thought they were funny.
