What if you could stream top-end games to your TV, just like a Youtube video that you can control? You'd never need to buy a console again.

you know, i recall something similar to this being the big buzz a few years ago, it was called the phantom... never materialized.

this is all fine and good in concept, but you'd need a *really* good internet connection to take full advantage. i don't see it replacing anythiing any time soon.

Yeah that's what the article said. I wouldn't be able to use it but one day this thing will be very good. Just a little ahead of it's time right now.

Everyone likes a good fight: video game players, wonks and fanboys, especially so.

We’ve certainly gotten our jollies watching the PlayStation 3 vs. Xbox 360 vs. Wii prizefight over the last few years. But that dust-up is old news. The big gaming brouhaha brewing these days comes to us from a smaller-weight class.
